The Challenge
Verizon set out to determine how to support leveraging innovation for impact. To do so, they grounded their disaster resilience initiatives in community needs, and coordinated across teams to ensure they were capable of scaling.

Our Approach
As Verizon’s lead strategic advisor, qb. translated frontline insights to corporate strategy. We co‑designed Verizon’s disaster resilience roadmap, led comprehensive national and local listening efforts, piloted programming in Houston and provided guidance on governance, metrics, messaging and portfolio strategy across a multi‑year engagement.

The Impact
Together, we established a community‑driven model for corporate resilience investment—one that is measurable, scalable and designed to adapt as needs evolve.
