The Challenge
As a fast-growing global apparel brand, Alo needed a sustainability foundation that could keep pace with its evolving brand, expanding product lines and complex manufacturing footprint—while meeting rising customer and stakeholder expectations.
Our Approach
qb. partnered with Alo to establish the building blocks of its sustainability program. We led a double materiality assessment to identify priority ESG issues and align leaders across functions, developed a practical sustainability strategy and roadmap, advised on supplier engagement and jump-started carbon accounting using the Gravity platform. Our work also extended to ongoing advisory support and leadership education across Alo and its sister company, BELLA+CANVAS.
