Working with other bees to make magic happen and bring so many reports to life. Bringing a (super cute) tiny human into the world and being able to carve out time for him and my family as we (re)learned the ropes!

Delivering a double materiality assessment for a 115+ year, family-owned CPG company and taking a hike with that client to learn about their efforts to connect with indigenous people. And working with clients, like James at Olo. He is a great co-collaborator that makes moving work forward in this space possible and enjoyable.

Working with Verizon to bring to life a programmatic solution that surfaced from a year-long climate justice listening tour, and having the solution provider they selected be one of the local community members we spoke to.

Speaking at GreenBiz about a topic I live and breathe every day — climate equity — and sharing the stage with one of our community stakeholders. Leading a  conversation on environmental justice with Alteryx employees was also a standout! 

We enjoyed seeing how qb. and FRINGE22 can create a greater impact by expanding our collaboration and finding better ways to bring great ideas and minds together. We're happy to see the amazing growth over the last year, especially with us welcoming the chunkiest baby boy. We can't wait to see what 2024 has in store!

Working with other bees to uncover stakeholder insights for Nautilus Solar in MD and NY — I loved being a small part of our transition to clean, renewable energy. Also, working with a lot of great companies this year to write several ESG and impact reports.

qb.’s mini materiality workshop tour of the US this fall! Especially our stop in Birmingham, AL to visit RMS. I appreciated seeing how materiality evolved for the business and the people there. Oh, and I count myself very lucky for the opportunity to experience their incredible office culture first-hand via Biscuit Friday!

Getting to do a bit of everything at qb., from strategy to writing and materiality to stakeholder engagement — it’s kinda rare to hear people say they love what they do — but I do!
